Nov 15, 08. Due to fires we didn't ride the May cyn route that was this weekend route, and we did this remote start ride. While it is the middle of November after all, the weather was hot & dry; somewhere close to 90!

Saturday, July 25 09. An email went out to many of the club members with the subject "Beat the Heat". The suggested route was very simular to the route in this page, but we started in Brenwood (W San Vicente Blvd & S Carmelina Ave) for a total of close to 70 miles route.
The ride was somewhat fast and the stops were shorter than usual: 5 minutes at the Gas station @ Vista Del Mar (near 45th st) and a long 0:30 min in the coffe shop on Yarmoth Rd; no other stops. Even the regroup at the top of the climb took less than a minutes!
